VINEYARD ESTATES & PROJECTS pic

Arizona is a prime destination, taking the NUMBER 2 ranking for population growth (dropping from number one last year). With our lack of major weather issues (tornadoes, earthquakes, hurricanes, etc.) and the great temperate weather, baby-boomers, retirees, large corporations and families choose to move to Arizona more than almost any other state in the union! To accommodate the lifestyle that these immigrants desire, there are Vineyard Estates and other similar-type subdivisions popping up throughout the state.

A "Vineyard Estate" is generally a subdivision that has homes being built within a vineyard. The vineyard may be on the owner's property or may be in the common areas shared by owners throughout the community. Nationwide this trend has become more and more popular as retirees decide to realize their dreams of owning a vineyard without taking on the entire project on their own. This allows someone to enjoy the lifestyle of a vineyard without having to put in all the effort that the cultivation of the vines requires. It also doesn't require the financial investment that a full vineyard/winery operation would need.

Here are some articles showcasing some upcoming Vineyard Estate Subdivisions. This is not an all-inclusive list; however, at this time we will take submissions to add to the list. Please email me with listing and contact information to be added to our page.

If you see a project that you'd like to learn more about - please email us for more information.
